She retreated back across the border and honed her edgy, cosmopolitan good looks while appearing in sexy slashers like Prom Night IV (1991), in which she strips to her underwear. Also, Nicole made Canadians’ bacon sizzle as a recurring member of the broadcast ensemble “The Kids in the Hall,” appearing in three episodes of their self-titled TV show and in their 1996 movie Kids in the Hall: Brain Candy. Eventually she raised her poised and alluring profile on U.S. fare such as the comedy film National Lampoon’s Senior Trip (1995) and the hit sci-fi series Star Trek: Deep Space Nine.
